The information below outlines exhibitor and sponsor opportunities for the upcoming Minnesota State Planning Conference in Duluth from September 22 – 24, 2008.

Duluth is always a great conference venue and this year marks the 36th time that Minnesota planners have gathered to share information, swap stories and have a great time. Exhibitors and sponsors help defray conference expenses and allow the MnAPA Board to continue this great Fall planning tradition.

The exhibit hall will be in the ballroom where all of the meals, breaks and social events will occur. As such, it has excellent visibility. Three different levels of sponsorship are also available this year. Please take a look at the exhibitor and sponsor information and register today to join us in Duluth for a great conference.

Note on the Exhibitor Spaces
The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC) will provide one free electrical connection per booth, and one free chair per booth. If your group is using table top booths, the 8' skirted tables are $20/each. For pipe/drape booths the cost is $11/booth (for both side and back skirting).
